The District at Tustin Legacy
The District at Tustin Legacy is the core component of the Tustin Legacy Project, a 1,600 acre mixed-use development. With 1,000,000 square feet of gross leaseable area, it is anchored by Target, AMC, Borders, Whole Foods, Costco, Lowe’s, Best Buy, and DSW.
GFBA was the Shell Architect for this upscale newly branded restaurant concept. Located on a pad in the District at Tustin Legacy, The Winery represents a modern “throw back” to the Wine Cellars of Tuscany both in form, materials, and colors.
