The Commons at Claremont

GFBA was assigned the task of providing The Commons at Claremont with planning and design solutions to reverse its outdated look and help avoid the downward spiral of the Center.
Our design concept provided new attractive forms, vibrant colors, lush landscaping, and eye-catching night time lighting. The center needed to become easily identifiable from the nearby freeway while also providing an attractive pedestrian environment at the storefronts. Our solution also included revised traffic patterns on site, and the replacement of restrictive canopies with taller and more attractive storefronts.
All tenants were able to remain open during construction.
