Chino Spectrum Towne Center is an 830,000 square-foot, freeway-oriented, regional power center development in Chino, CA. The property is anchored by Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Kohl’s, Linens’ n Things, Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, and Borders Books and Music. Spectrum Towne Center is the second phase of Vestar’s 1,400,000 square-foot regional destination center, which serves as the gateway to the Greater Inland Empire.
GFBA was the production Architect and Architect of Record for the shops and several of the anchor stores. The project was constructed on a fast-track basis with several General Contractors working simultaneously. GFBA continuously provided all parties including the city agencies, with constantly updated construction documents.
