The Azusa Gardens complex presented GFBA with a unique challenge: How to blend low income and moderate income family housing with Senior Housing in a multi-cultural environment suitable for all. The 85 units surround lushly landscaped courtyards with active and passive recreational facilities including a community center and swimming pool.
